- Remote Assessment: Our free quotes utilize drone technology and satellite imagery for remote assessment without an on-site visit.
- On-Site Fees: If an on-site inspection is requested or required, a service trip fee of $99-$199 will apply, depending on project complexity.
Use of Our Paid Inspection Process
A paid inspection includes comprehensive, itemized reporting often used for insurance, due diligence, or documentation purposes.
- Pricing: Paid inspection fees are non-refundable and must be prepaid prior to report generation.
- Scope: Inspections include attic evaluations, structural concerns, water entry points, photographic documentation, and verbal findings.
